Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing Time: 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

🚚 Standard Shipping: 15 business days
🚀 Express Shipping: 7 business days (if available)

⏳ Factors Affecting Delivery Time:

  • Your location and proximity to our warehouse.

  • High-demand periods (festive seasons, sales).

 

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free Delivery

  • Express Shipping: Free Delivery

💡 Note: Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Delayed / Lost Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect shipping addresses.

    • Natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at customs, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds (excluding shipping charges) may be issued for undelivered items, depending on the situation.
